Hawaii (Big Island, Kauai, Maui or Oahu) has good surfing yearround. Generally the Hawaiian northern shores are hot surfing spots in the winters while southern shores are better in the summers. Some places in Hawaii are not safe to surf due to dangerous shorebreaks, so make sure you've looked into an area before you head in.
