Take Makena Alanui Road towards La Perouse Beach. There are two access points.
The first access point is next to a hexagon-shaped house on the right side of the road. (You will
see a small bay adjacent to the road.) The second access point is another 1/2 mile down the road, on the right.
Look for the gravel parking area. |

The snorkeling at the first access point is great for beginners, while the
snorkeling at the second access point is better for intermediates. The Ahihi Bay has a black lava
shoreline and the water is a clear blue. |
